Apples Lessen Anxiety

applesAn apple a day is great for all the reasons you’ve heard before.  An apple a day will help relieve anxiety as well (if not better) than anti-anxiety medication.  The only side effect of eating an apple is much better health.  There is an antioxidant in apples, chlorogenic acid, which induces soothing calm. Enjoy the fruits of this year’s harvest all year long.
